FC DALLAS: PEPI SUBMITS TRANSFER REQUEST

United States of America international Ricardo Pepihas requested for a transfer away from MLS football ahead of the upcoming January transfer window. This is according to sources close to English publication 90min. American national team star Pepi is on the books of MLS football club FC Dallas. It was reported that Pepi has officially approached the FC Dallas front office to ask for a transfer away from the MLS football team.


Pepi has been in red-hot form in the MLS this season despite the fact that FC Dallas have been struggling in the Western Conference. FC Dallas have recorded six wins from 29 MLS football games this season. On his part, Pepi has scored 13 goals plus two assists in 22 starts. RIBERY REVEALS HE HAD OFFERS FROM THE MLS BEFORE SERIE A STAY

A lot of people may not know about it, but former Bayern Munich player Franck Ribery is still in the business of playing football and has, as a matter of fact, recently signed for a new club in the Italian Serie A. Ribery was at Italian Serie A outfit Fiorentinaast season and was impressive to a large extent even though he did not get the chance to play in a lot of matches for the club. His contract with Fjorentina expired in the summer and he was released by the club, becoming a free agent in the process but he was not ready to quit football and started looking for another club to join since then. He has recently been granted his wish and has signed for Serie A newcomers US Salernitana 1919.

 

At 38 years of age, a lot of players have already quit football and moved on with an entirely different path in their life bit according to Ribery, he loves football very much and is currently not thinking of quitting the game as he believes that he still has a lot of quality services to offer before eventually thinking of retirement. ATLANTA TO SIGN BRAZILIAN ATTACKER –JOURNALIST

MLS football giants Atlanta United will reportedly sign Brazilianstriker Ferreira from Gremioduring the current transfer window. This is according to journalist Eduardo Garbado who works with Radio Gaucha in Brazil. He revealed that the MLS football team will acquire the services of Ferreira for a little under $9m.

The MLS secondary transfer window will end on Thursday and Atlanta United are in need of reinforcements to help turn their season around. The MLS football club needs one or more players to help resurrect their ailing season.

UNITED PREPARE TO RECEIVE OFFERS FOR WANTAWAY MIDFIELDER

According to reports, Manchester United midfielder, Nemanja Matic will not be at the club next season as the Red Devils are currently preparing a squad overhaul ahead of the next campaign. United are preparing to mount a serious title challenge next season and they believe that in order to do that, they would need to make some summer additions to the squad and also sanction some departures as well.

Their neighboring rivals Manchester City have already been crowned Premier League champions much to their dismay. They will now set all of their attention on next season where they will prepare to be more competitive than they were This season. In their bid to shuffle the squad, some of their players have been linked with exits and one of the names on the list is Matic. The Serbia international midfielder will see out the last year of his contract at the end of this season and it does not look like he will continue with the Red Devils from all indications.
