The 25 year old Hungarian forward Krisztian Nemeth has signed for Sporting Kansas City and he will be kicking off his season with the MLS team starting off on the 2015 season as he is going to occupy an international roster spot for the team.
The manager of Sporting Kansas City Peter Vermes and the player himself have both expressed their satisfaction in having agreed a deal a few hours later after everything was officially confirmed.
Peter Vermes said: “Krisztian Nemeth is a player who has extensive experience playing in a 4-3-3 system. He also fits well in the overall model of play for Sporting Kansas City and we look forward to his adaptation.”
The Hungarian displayed his excitement on joining the MLS side Sporting Kansas City as he told reporters: “I am very excited to be joining Sporting Kansas City. It’s an exciting time to join the club and MLS. Peter Vermes is a great coach and I look forward to working with him and the team.”
Krisztian Nemeth already has experience playing with huge superstars in the world of football as he has trained alongside players such as: Steven Gerrard, Fernando Torres, Peter Crouch, Javier Mascherano and Xabi Alonso. Nemeth played with these players during the time when the Hungarian was playing in the Liverpool Reserves team where he managed to become the Barclays Premier Reserve League’s top scorer after being able to score 9 goals in 12 appearances during his debut season.
Nemeth is the 4th player to sign for Sporting Kansas City for the 2015 season as the MLS side has already signed JalilAnibaba, Bernardo Añor and James Marcelin. Peter Vermes is strengthening his team as much as he can in preparation for the upcoming season.
